For the latest 2 orders I placed (early June), the numbers DD gave me could not be tracked. But one order arrived safely (less than 8 weeks) and I'm crossing my fingers and praying that the other also come intact.you can get the tracking number from the \"我的订单\" section.
If not you can request to dangdang to give you the tracking number then by dropping them an email at service@cs.dangdang.com. Remember to give them your 订单号 then they can advise promptly. -

The tracking number is in your order.. but if your just placed your order, it is not reflected.. it is reflected after 2-3 weeks after placing order.Hi
Saw some mummies talking abt the tracking number from dangdang where they can track their loot. Where did they get this number? I was not given a tracking number. Appreciate your advise.

Thks for all the advises! I have email them 2days ago to enquire on the tracking no. Got their reply today and had check up on the status. Parcels had reached Guangzhou already. Seems like I need to wait for another 6/7 sweet weeks b4 it reaches me… Haiz… Long wait, but still excited to see my loots once arrived. Cheers to all the great mummies who have gone through this waiting process!! -

My on line orders, one on 14 May and the other on 31 May also still yet to recd!
Status show:
Order on 14/5, the status - at transit office of exchange as at 1/6
Order on 31/5, the status - departure from outward office of exchange as at 14/6
Think by the time I recd may be PSLE just over!

It's normal. The updates in the system are auto once it passed 8wks. My deliveries were all late except one. I have rec'd all my orders.I placed my order on 20 may and although the status on dang dang show that the goods have been delivered, I have received nothing. Anyway, after that pack I received, i'm still waiting for another pack (ordered 1 day after, but not delivered one day after). The saga continues....
