All About Parent Volunteers (PV)
-
hi, is it true that if the PV application is sent to NYPS late, they do not even consider? not a single bit?
my gal is born in 2005 and due only in 2012 for p1 but the lady said registration is already closed… -

er... wonder which is better.. I applied months ago but have not received a single word!! lagi sian... just left wondering like that woh... -
at least you still have hope since they did not reply you but for me … completely been rejected
to be honest if you ask me I rather be in your shoe …
Was actually thinking to reply to their rejection letter about their transparency of PV selection … maybe not … forget about it …
don’t think they even know what they are looking for, as they just ask all parents to write in and like picking / doing "window shopping" if you are lucky that day while browsing thru the stack of application if they notice something fancy and nice "bingo" you may have the chance up be call up as PV
I beleive all parents can do their so call volunteer works but too bad many of us just wasn’t even give the chance -
Hi,
Has anyone received reply from Henry Park for PV application, for child born in 2005?
Any parents who has experience with Henry Park’s practice for PV application notification, can advise?
Thanks! -

I received an official rejection letter from HPPS before, but that was 2-3 yrs ago. Not so sure whether is it still the same now.. -
I heard from a successful pv that there was an interview (via phone) and then a telephone notification that one is successful.
Since your child is 2005, they may call you up for service later on, priority will be given to those coming up for registration in the coming year. -
You will get your reply from HPPS by early September. I receive my rejection email around 12th Sep 2008 for my daughter who is born in 2004 with no interview at all.
My friends who are lawyer and MBA Holder got in though :))
