Tri-mum:
This sounds good...at least now I've another choice for my DD. Thanks for the feedback.
With the intensive tuition during the holidays, do the students do better in the CA2 and SA2? Just wondering if group tuition helps if child is weak or is it better to get one-to-one tuition for 2 days a week at home? -
Hi,
Does anyone know what sort of enrichment classes are available for P1 girls at St Margaret’s? Am especially interested in those that are more sports related as I feel that kids these days are not active enough. Am all for healthy lifestyle

So far , my dd in P1 has received invitation to join enrichment classes for ballet, tap dancing, junior tennis and junior netball . CCA will be compulsory in p3. Gymnastic is included during PE lessons in term 3 .

Hi Doraemo,
Wow! That’s quite a spread. Kids are so fortunate these days. DD will be so happy I am sure! She’s already doing ballet and loving every single bit of it (so that means I can cut her existing ballet class which is at night and send her to the one in school). Yay!
Junior tennis too? DD likes to watch both Nadal and Federer, wonder if she’ll want to play too.
Just hope she won’t be overstretched with too much activities. -
Hi, does anyone have the timetable for P1 this year? Can scan and email me PDF? Just want to see what it’s like. Thanks.

Hello, does anyone know how to walk to St Marg from Plaza Singapura? I heard there is a long staircase that leads to St Marg but no idea where is it. Any idea how long is the walk?
-
think it is the long and steep but covered flight of stairs near the new condo next to Plaza Sing. Have not tried walking but believe (if this is the correct flt of stairs) it should take at least 10-15 min.
-
yup! i walked up before! it's abt 101 steps! it took abt 10mins to reach the school

Once u reach the 'road', turn left and walk down the 'slope'.. if u take the right side, it will take ONE big round.. -
Both my girls are in St Margaret
(P1 & P3) and they both enjoyed the school

Hi Ponyo and HSM, thanks for the information. I sort of know where is the staircase now. Wow HSM, you really count the stairs :salute: 101 steps surely a good exercise to keep fit
Glad to know there are many positive feedback about the school. My colleague's niece is studying there too and she told me her niece is very proud of her school and enjoy herself very much. How is the teachers there? Can share abit info?
