• What are the real estate rules (don’t know if this is the right word) about signing short-term lease
• Any leasing laws we need to know
• What to expect regarding this subject
• Other than paying the rental fee and utilities, is there anything else like council fees or anything else to pay for?

Appreciate any advice / tips from parents whose child has gone to Australia recently for uni.

Just read this article. One of the comments says that it wasn't five hours but was actually 53 minutes.

Anyway, we're going there this week so hopefully won't face this.

Going to Manila next week and preparing all the entry requirements. Regarding the Traze app, it asks for contact number but doesn’t allow country to be changed at all (it’s stuck at Philippines). Does this mean that only Philippine contact number can be used? How does one get such a number?
