Just gotten 2 boxes of LongJiang yam moon cakes from Lot One today, parents commented that it was really good! Even the children enjoys it!

Tastes exactly like the ex crown prince's or-nee moon cakes! I guess it's because it's made by the original creator- Chef Wong as told by the salesgirls.

but poeny jade also claimed that they had hired the ex-crown prince chef :?

Exactly! I was confused too! They said Chef Wong is now with LongJiang Restaurant and may even get a glimpse of him at the restaurant at Commonwealth Avenue if drop by for lunch or dinner. Was further convinced by it when the taste explains everything cos I was a vivid supporter of crown prince's moon cakes many years ago, haha.

Glad that it's finally back. :boogie:

That's what I heard too. Maybe there's more than one chef. Or the chef job-hopped. šŸ˜„
