Oops... my bad. Should be fixed now. -
Umm, looks like we have a permanent tenant in our bed. CKS, your age group categorization should include a "when they choose".

My daughter sleeps in her own bed ever since she was a baby. I bunk in with her when she was sick so as to provide assistance immediately when needed. Now that she’s well, she sleeps on her own.
My boy different story. This boy sleeps so little, will wakes up every 1 hour & disturb my sleep every night. I tried training him when he turns four months but to no avail. So instead of walking to and fro at night, I give up & bunk in with him until he officially turns 2. He now sleep with his sister.
Occassionally, they will sleep with me when my husband is away or during school holidays, as a family we camp out in the entertainment room to watch movie then immediately zzz off together. -

Yes, ma'am. -
My elder was sleeping in her cot till 2plus, then switch to a single bed (with bed rail). Her bed is beside our bed. She started sleeping in her own room when she was four.
My younger was sleeping on our bed till age 4plus, because she needed to be nurse in the middle of the nite.
Now, the elder gal is sleeping in her own room and the younger sleeps in a baby bed next to our bed. -
my elder slept in her own room at 18 months old
my younger one slept with her sister since she was 5 months old
the younger they are, the easier to move
they won't protest so much

Both my kids co-sleep with us since birth. Don't foresee any changes in near future cos we enjoy this arrangement tremendously. For us, the bonding and closeness from co-sleeping is simply too precious. My hubby always says to treasure it while it lasts.

sorry when u guys say sleep together meaning kids & parents sleep on the same bed? or sleep separately but in the same room? I wonder does it make a difference?
my girl will want to sleep on my bed and i’ll accompany her until she sleeps. thereafter, i’ll transfer her to her cot which is in my bedroom. -

Same bed. It seems like same room is generally accepted. Anyway, during the good old days, my parents managed to squeeze our entire family of 9 people in the 2 rooms of a 3 room flat. But we were all sleeping on our own mattresses, and my parents' bed remain sacredsorry when u guys say sleep together meaning kids & parents sleep on the same bed? or sleep separately but in the same room?
