They probably knew already.
I remember one or two years back, the P from my DS's school also commented during P6 graduation ceremony that the GE students did well.
That was like one week before results release date.
oh got inside infor  !

Not surprise if GE branch got inside info about performance of GE kids prior to the release of the official results.
Hi Leanne, is your ds's teacher going to call the top student in his sch or the top student of his class? I thought teachers are strictly not allowed to reveal any details at all before the clock strikes 12.

oh....din know that teachers are not allowed to reveal info before 12.
But i heard one of my gal ' s P6 classmate's mummy called the FT and asked abt the class results....
and she revealed my gal 's results......( i din even know that we could call to ask).

Hi Augmum,
you mean you already know your gal's psle result this year now?
aiyo skss......u need to read the postings as a whole not juz extract out of the context.
anyway, arent u are the one who posted as to wanna to know the flow of events on the PSLE results day? ?
i had responsed to your question, did u miss it ??
( if we, aunties n uncle have not gone thru \"the process\" yet ,
how are we so sure to answer that question, right ?)
Does anyone knows what time to report to school for the PSLE results collection? Can someone share the flow of events in school itself on that day? All schools have the same flow of events?

MOE will announce what time to report to respective school

yup, MOE will announce the date and time officially the day before.
For the past trends, it is ard noon time, that the pupils are told to gather at the school hall.
For some schs, parents are allowed to wait at the sch hall,
while for others, parents are told to wait at the canteen.
Be prepared for some very sentimental emotional moment.....hopefully tears of joy....
