sorry for the late response. Was real busy with work and my work place set firewall for this website :x
there are some minor cases of HFMD in poh huat crescent last yr..think about twice..my son got it from his classmates..but the school did inform the parents in advance on the cases that happen in school..so far this year, din heard of any...
As for the TV time, that the usual practise for CC cos there will be pick up starting from that time for my CC..
What i like so far is the low turnover rate in the CC..my child has sticked with the same teacher for the past 1yr plus..so the closeness is there...

I went for both poh huat and st xaviers ones but seems like my son prefers the poh huat...mainly becos of the playground outside and they have the little tikes cars....hahhaha....

May i ask if there is any problems encountered since the kids sleep in the aircon rooms?? I have heard feedbacks that do not let kids go to cc with aircon as the air circulation would be bad and kids wld be more prone to get sick......can u share your thoughts??

Btw, have u heard of carpe diem mi schoolhouse at hougang ave 9??

same...my elder son chose poh huat bcos of the playground..they r currently re-furnish the playground area..the CC only on the aircon during nap time..most prob to restrict the children in their room and easier to nap cos more quite..the rest of the time, they are in open area...so i find it acceptable..my younger joined when he's 19mth old..so far he has been adapting well. prone to sickness sometimes after experenice realised that mostly depends on individuals..if the kid is more trained to be hygenie, the chances of falling sick is lesser..

the other good pt is that the ratio of children is quite good..each level only one class so not crowded...

yes..I left both my sons there for full day. I've stayed with them for a couple of days during the 1st week. My elder son took longer time to adapt as he's been caring by my mother till 3yrs old..

btw, can i chk w u for playgrp n nursery, do the kids still hv milk before they nap?? If yes, how will the teachers know which bottle /teats is for which kid??

Also, whn they slp tat time, did they shift all the tables to one side and wonder if u knw, the kids have blankets to cover?? Wld it be too cold for them??

i’m very confused, can’t decide.

i have recently shortlisted 3 childcares for my children:

1) cedan child development centre at sengkang east way
2) agape little uni at sengkang east way
3) q-dees childcare at punggol

may i know any parents put their children in any of the above childcare? would appreciate your comments/feedback/opinions pls.
