Vitamindz science is good.....Essential:
Anyone can share vitamindz science?
my boy's sch used these papers this year as part of their P3 science learning.
i find them quite good. you mean we can buy outside at Popular bookshop? i didn't see them from Popular bookshop....
my gal's sch used their papers too....
during the sch holiday, they came to my gal 's sch to impart some answering skills of OE questions (think need to pay for it)....
i dont see it selling in Popular. -
No, Vitaminz is not in Popular. My school bookshop sells it. You can check in your school bookshop as well. Or even you can request for it. That is what my friend did last year.

Hi all,
I had joined Kiasuparents a few years back but had not been active. My ds is taking PSLE next year so I find this tread very interesting. I just cleared his cupboard to make way for P6 textbook and assessment books. Am looking for some good Science and English assessment books. Please recommend me. -
Hi, anyone knows what are the p6 science topics?
Interactions covers 1) forces 2) living together 3) adaptations 4) man’s impact on the environment… What other topics? -
Hi everyone! Actually I'm just a kid who just completed my psle s this year... Ya, mostly the school finishes the syllabus quite early (like term 2 end / term 3 early to mid term) and then gives u loads of mock papers and stuff... If u do hmt even worse, u get more mock papers and lots of homework (like me :P) the schools also give a lot of homework nearing the PSLEs so don't stress too much, just try your best to complete. Parents also shouldn't give too much unnecessary work and stuff and don't stress the child too much too, coz kids alreadyvhave loads if school work etc and dont need extra stress... Good luck to all pupils (and parents of the pupils) who are taking PSLE 2012!!!

Finally DS completed P3 & P4 Science topics. Moving on to P5. Hopefully we can complete!

Wow, done already ? We are in the midst of both...alternating between lower and upper block.
Hi mn,
For P3/4 MCQs, my son is able to score full marks (95%)...however, can't say the same for P5 topics. Our target is ZERO mistakes for MCQ. Got him to do Cycles OE just now (P5) and result was rather disappointing...so have to highlight and underline the keyword while marking. -

Hi, may I ask how do you touch on p3 and p4 science? Which guide book or assessment did you use? Still not sure how to start and revise. -

Thanks for logging in and giving your feedback.
From what I understand, there will be twice weekly suppl for P6...son's tutor will be coming on thur evening...prob I will take my son out from thur suppl so that he has time to rest after school. Don't want him to be burnt out from stress. Guess it is crucial to know when to go easy and when to push when necessary. -

Sorry, I disagree.catddy2002:
DS teacher told him that when school reopen, he will use 1 month to finished all the P6 syllabus. After that will be revisions.
Wow! Teacher super fast to cover P6 syllabus in 1 month. That's good. Got more time to revise.
IMHO,
In one month the teacher can finish but can the students grasp - i doubt it very much.
PSLE questions are not staright forward, need time to for concepts and ideas to sink in - rushing thru will not help.
If one is thorough in learning the first round less time is needed for revision.
