        Eat less and exercise more.

        The rule of thumb and eat small portion each time but more smaller meals.

              i lost 4 kg in 2 months by controlling the kind of food i ate. due to medical condition, i had to cut out oily and spicy food. I also ate half the portion of rice i used to take but i fill my stomach with the rest of the food on the tables, eg. veg, meat, tofu,

              No snacking of course. Weight just went down …

                      Drink a lots of water, eat fresh vegetables and watch what you eat i know you have probably heard this a trillion times but it really is the best way to loose weight.I miss my junk food too much. I recommend, treating yourself 1 times a week to something you really like to stop you becoming bored of your diet.
