If your kid is big eater can ask for a bigger potion at $1.20. Drinks from 50 cents onwards, quite ex hence I do not encourage my kid to buy from the canteen unless necessary. Ice-cream cost 60 cents. Snacks like WangWang, seaweed is like 20 cents per pack! So better to pack 1-2 pack to bring to sch if u kid loves to snack.


Eg of 70 cents - Chicken rice consist of 1 drumette with some rice.
Waffle - 1/2 piece of the waffle with honey.

My son is in P3 now, I used to give him $2 per day for P1 and notice that he always run to the bookshop with the excess money so i cut down to $1.50/day which is enough for his purchase of food and snack as usually he will drink from his water bottle
