      Hi P3 mommies,

My son needs to buy a Chinese book as instructed by the teacher, but he is not able to tell me the look or the name of the book.

If there is any P3 mommy who knows, can you send me the pic or the name of the book?

      Thanks

        Htbm,

Yes yes, pls monitor and feedback to the school, I dont think it’s too much to ask for a child to buckle up.

          Hi Jen

My kid's in P3.. the chinese books would have been in the booklist. If there are any additional books apart from those in the booklist, then perhaps you should just check with the teacher....

I don't remember my boy having to buy anything else...

My boy P1 form teacher has been absent since Mon & there is a relief teacher. As form teacher covers more subjects Maths English & etc. so I asked son what he does in the class. He said nothing as the relief teacher just busy with typing his lap top & kids were asked to do silent reading. I wonder is this the case with other class too? I gather having good form teacher is rather important.

My boy form teacher is only starting some lessons today. Full lessons will only start nx week for their class.

They discuss, play, get to know each other till yesterday. Will see what’s he’s taught for today.

                hi to P1 parents

guess as parents, we are always worried & concerned about our kids's school, studies, health, everything 😉

i can understand as I went through P1 with my boy last year. From experiences, think school will really \"function\" normally 2nd week, so I believe by the end of this week, your boys will fine with the teachers teaching on the ball, spelling & 听写 will start next week.

Relax and let your boys get used to P1 and enjoy.

Yep, my P4 boy also has nothing much this 2 weeks, no tingxie or spelling, little homework, still holiday mood.

The traffic at the PIE exit to Upper Serangoon is quite bad, took me 15min every morning fr the bus stop (near the turn to CTE) to turn off to Bendeemer Road. Anybody has any idea how to bypass that jam at 7am if I come from Toa Payoh?

                  Thanks

Still happy boy. Made him finish his work b4 he is allowed to play… So far all’s good.

I believe the PAL program is the wed morning half day where they will learn some dance, puppetry, etc every semester. Think got to pay one. I am still at work, will go back and check the boy's bag tonight.

Btw, my son is in 1 Stephen and he told me there is spelling tomorrow. Can any parent confirm with me on this? And he is panicking as he may have left the list in school. 😓
