Not preschool. Mebbe you can find this option in an enrichment centre.
I will PM you a place if you're interested. How about an art holiday
programme for a few hours too? Lemme know, okie? :wink; -

My children aren't there but i went down to recce once.Hi,

A LOT of children there.. I was very concerned about
the noise level and not to mention : with so many
children with drippy noseys, how to maintain not
having my own child being sickly all the time?
Especially for younger babes..
The place is relatively clean. No food smell. Has indoor
playground padded with foam. Lady who attended to
me was polite and helpful, dunno whether she was
admin or sup though. But on curriculum, she did
not elaborate much and i couldn't set my eyes
on their curriculum or workbooks/worksheets
though i displayed extreme interest to know
more.
On the whole the place is ok for me. Location is convenient.
I like centres air-conditioned... cos our weather is mostly
really hot/humid and my kids are eczemic : will scratch
when they sweat kind.
I have also personally seen the teachers carefully bringing
the children to the nearby parks for some outdoor play time.
I like this. By carefully i also mean safely. The teachers.......
i observe were only casually chatting but always eyes watching
all the kids. This is important to me. And there was always one
teacher plus assistant at the back & another similar pair in front.
This is also important, especially when bringing sooo many kiddies
out. Plus, they did head count often to ensure all the kiddies are all
accounted for. Vigilance displays responsibility in teachers. :salute:
Teachers who WILL roll around and play with the kiddies are the few
exceptions. Being the obviously the more passionate ones...
Like moi. Hahaa! The children's play time is also MY playtime.
Good for de-stressing and stretching those legs mah. No joke to
sit on a kid's chair or stool whole day... sometimes on the floor. Back
ache is an occupational hazard for pre-school teachers. Hehee...
I have also seen the kiddies brought to the library for some introduction
to books. This is also good.

There's Tulip Montessori in Yew Tee.Hi Buds,
Do you have any recommendation for good Montessori schools in CCK/Yew Tee/Bkt Batok / JE area?
Thanks.
Excellent space for a Montessori centre.
Extensive learning materials for children
to work with. Friendly & passionate operator.
Very clean space. Operator particular about
cleanliness within the centre & their children.
This is good. We spoke like old time friends
during my visit to recce the centre.
Then, she said... \"You're not a usual parent
i see. You must be someone from the industry
as well. I can tell.
\" Hahakh!
Guilty as charged, ma'am. :salute:
But you must be cautioned on one important
thing with regards to this centre... As with other
great schools with passionate teachers and good
curriculum and teaching aids/facilities the charges....
definitely : NOT CHEAP! :!:
You've been warned! Hehee!
