      Yanti:
Hi, recently went to the doctor for general checkup and doctor said my 8 year old looks like a 6 year old.. underweight and he suggested that he takes in lots of protein... He is a fussy eater and only eats chicken..Any protein supplements to recommend? I heard something about IQ plus from Abeille and Soy Protein from Unicity. Any opinions...?

Sorry to intrude but how is your culinary skills?

I know 2 underweight kids who hate the food at home and eat like starved lions in other people's homes....

Any chance that cooking styles and menus might change their eating habits? 😉

My 7 yo DS was also a fussy eater when he was younger. When he was 3 yo, all he ate were milk, bread, biscuits and rice. It only improved a bit when he went to childcare. At home, I have to camouflage the vegetables and meat by cutting them into small pieces. And he always want to eat with ketchup and black soya sauce. His height is only 113 cm and is considered small build. Recently, I started him on a nutrient rich fruit juice blend called G3 because he also has astigmatism. G3 Is known to improve eyesight, support cellular rejuvenation and support healthy immune system.

I agree w Uncle Lim ..... I was abt to say the same thing.
I know of kids who apparently do not eat much but they eat adult portion at another place. Natural is better taking supplements. I know kids love pasta & pizza, these can easily be done at home. I know you said protein not carbo..... you can add ham, chicken chop with pasta, grilled fish w pasta, etc.... these dishes can be done within half an hour....

Can I know where to buy the G3 juice? My gal also has astigmatism. Is it proven?

                Hi cherrygal,

I have replied u in another post. 😉 yup, G3 is a MLM product from Nu Skin and is one of it's top selling products.

                Hi Yanti,
I have just started DS on G3 for about 2 months. His recent eye assessment
showed that his astigmatism was stable and there was no shortsightedness. What a
relief! 😉 his next review will be in June and will continue to let him drink G3. I also
notice that he doesn't fall sick as often as he used to. Even if he did show some
signs of a cold coming on, he recovered faster. He takes the G3 twice a day, after breakfast and dinner and each time only need to take about 60 ml. My husband is a member of Nu Skin, so we can get better price.

                  Hi Yanti,

Just to add. I still have to cut the vegetables and meat into small pieces but at least I do not have to camouflage them now. Maybe DS is older now and can understand that they are good for him. However, sometimes he will still act up and refuse to eat his veggies. But i notice that he can take in larger portions as compared to previously. He does take fruits but not as many servings as he should be taking. Now that he is in P1, I cannot control what he eats during
recess. He told me that he usually buys soft drinks and doesn't eat because he wants to go and play. But at least I am assured that he is taking in his vitamins
                  from G3. 😉

I strongly believe that kids do need the extra supplements knowing the food that most of us eat are ‘processed food’.

Well there are a lot in the market now… It’s up to parents to choose best for their kids.
My kids are taking supplements too, it shows improvements about 1mth later(depending on their body system).
