          I can't agree with you any more.
          Health is just like a house. It is not built in one day and need time to finish. When we finish we need to keep and safeguard.
          Just like my son, now he is 10 years old and I view this as the stage of building. Anyway, in any aspects I give him the best for growth.
          Actually, when life goes into our age, what we should do is to keep.
          Here, I just want to say, any pieces of our life is very important, still less the water.

              Drinking too much water can be bad. Drinking too much water can result in water intoxication or hyponatremia, which results in death.

              Yes, drinking water is good, but always do everything in moderation.

              Animal cells have no cell wall, so if you drink too much water, the animal cells will swell up and eventually burst.

              When all your organ cells burst, that organ will so-called \"die out\"

              Here's an article of a 28-year-old Californian woman dying of hypotremia after drinking too much water.

                No doubt that water is essential for any living things. I do know that water can cure/prevent certain illness and provide youthfulness. But I definitely believed that boiled or filtered still not pure for our body.

                Pure water is just basically H2O, which our body needs to function properly. Take a look at pub website on 'what's in our tap water', you'll be surprise!

                  Take a look at tap water when you turn on the tap in Mainland China, black, brown, dirty, good old rusty water 🙂 enough to cause you tetanus.

                    Have you tried this filter, from USA. It is a water filter, just attach to the tap. Check it out at it website http://www.ospringtechnology.com

                    I have been using it for four month, health better.

                        @Fox;

                        No! 16 glasses are way too much! It may cause ur cells to swell and burst due to being immersed in hypotonic solutions like water.

                        6 cups is just fine (well for me.)

                        The other day on the Chinese language radio in the morning. Studies in America have shown that people who drink water before an exam tend to get 3-5 marks more than those who don’t because water has a relieving effect, making those who drink water before the exam have a clearer mind of what they are doing and thus make less careless mistakes.

                        I’m not sure if that’s true. Gonna try if it’s real.
