Drink healthy water, for better health.

Water is necessary, for everybody to live. Water has so many benefits to our body. We should always drink healthy water. By using of healthy water, we can get rid of many diseases like diabetes, asthma and many more. We always should take boiled or filtered water.
No doubt that water is essential for any living things. I do know that water can cure/prevent certain illness and provide youthfulness. But I definitely believed that boiled or filtered still not pure for our body.
Pure water is just basically H2O, which our body needs to function properly. Take a look at pub website on 'what's in our tap water', you'll be surprise! -

@Fox;
No! 16 glasses are way too much! It may cause ur cells to swell and burst due to being immersed in hypotonic solutions like water.
6 cups is just fine (well for me.)
The other day on the Chinese language radio in the morning. Studies in America have shown that people who drink water before an exam tend to get 3-5 marks more than those who donโt because water has a relieving effect, making those who drink water before the exam have a clearer mind of what they are doing and thus make less careless mistakes.
Iโm not sure if thatโs true. Gonna try if itโs real. -
not selling, just sharing.
My family started using this, drinking the water using this filter. Both kids have been well. There have been so many fever and flu around. Just need to be careful.
My boy said that drinking the water actually make him more alert in class. That I am not so sure if it is the water or just himself feeling that way. Now he just enjoy drinking water, less soft drink. He also lost some weight, much fitter.
Drinking more water, whether filter or not is good for the body. remove tonic.
I am happy with his change of mindset. -

I thought just need 8 cups? I think besides drinking healthy water, we should all maintain a healthy diet (eat more fruits and vegetables, less oily and fried food)The water we drink must be pure, healthy, filtered, and boiled.
Today healthy and pure water is not available so we must boiled the water before drinking.
We must drink proper quantity of water daily. According to one study 12 to 16 glasses of water daily are enough for good health.

Yes, drinking water is the best for health. It is for so many purposes.
Bought the filter 2 years ago for health reasons. There are several brands, but some of them require change of parts after 1 year...very ex. Using Amway. So much more convenient now
Even though our tap water is supposed to be safe, I still don't have peace of mind.
