So far seems like not many babies like Bellamy. Try Organix or Happy Baby
From my friends' feedback, seems like their kiddos don't enjoy Bellamy.[/quote]Hi Hi,
I am still using Bellamy for my 11 month-old BB and he loves it because we mix one spoon of his Dumex Mamil Gold milk powder into it and water! The formula milk powder is really sweet and \"fragrant\" so just nice to mix into the plain Bellamy rice powder.
I also use it to mix into the BB Heinz glass-bottled food to make it thicker if I do use it to feed my BB occasionally.
I like Bellamy!

Bellamy is that nice arh? I must go find and try for my boys!
Cold Storage got sell anot? If yes, I can easily buy from Causeway Point in Woodlands. Woodlands Civic Centre has NTUC but not Finest... only fine.

mrswongtuition:
Thanks! Will check out NTUC Xtra at AMK hub then.

Tigger88, yoy might want to make your own cereal?I just started giving plain rice cereal to my 5 months old baby. I bought the Nestle brand as I cannot find the Heinz plain rice cereal anymore.
What other brands of rice cereal are good to start with? I find Frisocream too sweet.
Wash brown rice, sun it dry for a day or 2 n start grinding it into powder. Put it in an airtight container n keep it in fridge. You may keep up to 3 mths.
When you want to prepare for bb, scoop some and mix it with some water. Boil for some 10 mins and voila, u have an instant meal for bb.
U can offer different varieties to bb by adding different vegetables or meat each time, e.g pureed carrots, tomatoes, spinach, ground ikan bilis, fish, meat, etc.
Homemade cereal is healthy as you do not hv to worry abt having added sugar or preservatives inside. Also it is easy to prepare.
HTH.

We buy ours from NTUC finest at Thomson Plaza (the organic food section not the BB products section!) so where you shop maybe they display in another section?

Thanks for the tip! Though it's best to make our own cereal, I do not have the equipment to grind the rice to powder. When my eldest was starting semi-solid 7 yrs ago, I was very hardworking. Make porridge for him using brown rice, calrose rice and millets. Now getting lazier so wanna take the easy way out.
