I've called MOE to clarify and was told that this decision was made by the school principal (Martin Koh), what are he trying to do... does he still remember what he had said before school opening blah blah blah...then school started he reduced to 20 places I understand he is trying to keep some for the 2013 pupils but can't he think that 2013 intake parents still have the option to choose school but we parents of the frontier's pupils don't have the option to choose because our children are already studies in their school I think this priority should and must give to us! His decision is inappropriate! This is so call empty shell salesman! talk without deliver! I think we parents need to bring up to MOE and the media!

Really?!! So should these 5 be happy or not? :stompfeet: What about the rest of us who stand NO CHANCE at all?
There are another 5 pupils balloted in for waiting list!!!! What is this??!! :?frontierer:
Hi, did you witness the balloting conducted last Thursday afternoon, I heard there were 64 \"fighting\" for 16 remaining places... (slim chance of 1 in 4!!) another four places were supposedly reserved for \"those truly deserving\" ones... it is really unfair to us parents who chose the school based on their \"advertisement\" of a after-school care... can we appeal to MOE??

I have every reason to think the 20-15-15 distribution is a plan to \"entice\" (or \"bait\") another lot of 'naive' parents to the 2013 and 2014 batches... :grphug: 'smart' parents may choose otherwise, if they do the maths...
We already went through a round of nerve-wrecking balloting last August, now they make us do another round of balloting :frustrated: I am disgusted!! -

yes....
I'm curious that how the MOE clarify as \"needy families\"? If both working parents, no grandparents or helper to look after the kid, no adult supervising the kid's homework / study after school. This situation will not considered by MOE as needy familiy??
Just wonder can MOE look into this matter; to be FAIR to all Singaporean kids, our FUTURE....
