Any good playgroups for 18 months old in Fernvale/Sengkang

Hi Anyone could advise , I am staying in Fernvale/Sengkang and my boy is turning 18 months in Nov 2012. Where shall I send him?

Most playgroups accept 2 year onwards eg star tots and apple tree. U may consider talent plus, they take in 18months onwards. If not, you may try half day child care.

But for talent plus, your child turns 18 month in November, December is school holiday, teachers may advise only start in January.

I decided to put him into enrichment program in the afternoon 330-600pm at kinderland childcare. Only like $200... and see how he progress from there.
Just wan him to have some exposure... -
I think you should send your child once after he will become 2 years old.
