He needs to be treated at IMH for good. If possible, control him with medication permanently. How can such a dangerous man be allowed to go scot free after being caught peeping at girls? He is a scary predator who preys on young innocent girls.

People like him are like wolves in sheep skin. Parents with young children (sex maniacs also interested in boys also) these days have to keep an eye over the adults who are teaching/guiding them e.g sports coaches, teachers and trainers.
