Wanted henry park but 12 seats left... Contemplating btw henry park, bukit timah primary n bukit panjang pri all also phrase 2c... Advice needed... šŸ˜ž

Since it's Phase 2C, I would suggest you go for bukit timah pri. Bcos bukit panjang pri would have balloting within 1km. At this point, I think that heart pounding experience is not worth, but this is my opinion.

It depends on whether you are 1km to any of these schools? If not less than 1km for Henry Park & Bukit Panjang, maybe difficult, but you can wait till last day to decide.... go to the schools to monitor the vacancy or call them ... see whether you have chance... ask them info like (less than 1km, between 1 - 2km, more than 2km - how many pple, then with that information, decide which one has highest probability)

I was actually doing some research on Bukit Timah Primary just earlier this month - one of my friend had her DS studying there for the first 3 years. According to her, the school has the most students qualifying for GEP every year - about 10 - 12 every year. The school exceeded her expectations and she said some of the teachers are very dedicated. Her DS managed to go to NYPS under GEP.

Hope the info helps!. Good Luck!

After registering in 1st day of registration date of phase 2c in School A, can we withdraw from School A and register again in the last day of registration date of phase 2c in School B? If yes, how long will this procedure (from withdraw to re-register) take?

Yes, you are able to do this. Withdrawal is instantaneous. Once you have made the withdrawal, you may immediately register in the second school. However, you have to take into consideration that many parents will be doing what you plan to do. Hence, be prepared that there will be a sudden surge in applicants for your School B. Best to have two parents stationed in the two schools.

Please remember to check with school A if there is any documents required for withdrawal. while MOE does not require original documents for withdrawal, I have been told that a particular school require the original IC or both parents to prevent dispute (eg, one parent withdraw the child without the other parent's approval).
