Good luck mummyjoyce! Your dd should definitely try for NJC or NYGH given her excellent PSLE results. 🙂

Confirmed DSA offer? Can divulge your boy's T-score? Want to guage how much chance we hv appealing.

We did not attend the open house. Was only there last Thur. How's the place like? I prefer to old campus- more cozy (I spent my JC days at NJC).

Yes, my son had confirmed offers under DSA and he put NJC as 1st choice. Those taken in under DSA for NJC, I notice the school looked for overall good performer, excelling not just in academics but non-academics as well.

So the case not the same as your son's. Cannot compare.

Non-academics actually refer to all sorts of competition like Maths, IQ, Science not sports CCA.

Can be everything. Among those students who were accepted under DSA, i notice they were usually good in studies(not necessarily extremely good, but certainly in the top 10% of their cohort), maths, and performing arts ccas, as well as sports ccas, in and out of school. As in, these kids had a \"Life\", lah. Not just studies, studies...
