The carpark warden that day was mad one - issued summon even before the coupon expires.....asked him to explain, why issue summon with 15 minutes more to go.....he assumed I sure to exceed....who knows I came back before expiry time and took a photo of the summon time stamp and my coupon expiry hours, before I asked him
His reply was : not happy go and complain lah...frankly if I don't care about my name or going to court, I would have given him two punches
