for girls in primary school to learn some form of self-defence, what would you recommend ? TKD, Akido, or others ?

for boys - is it better to learn wushu, TKD or Akido ? why ?

Wonder would any CC take in TKD for age 5+ kids a not.

Yes I did enquire & they suggest to come in maybe the kid at age 7 or 8 then start. Yes CC is quite a big group but those TKD school on average cost like $100-$120 per month.

Anyone can recommend which TKD school which have female instructor to teach?If have Korean instructor would be the best.

I’m just starting to consider TKD for my 5 year old son. What are the charges of lessons like in private schools and how do they compare to those at CCs? I checked a couple of websites but they don’t list their course fees.

Had asked a few TKD private club in which they charge an average of $100-$125 per month. Comparing with CC which charge an average of $40-$50 in a term of 10 weeks.

Hi, I hope I can help!

I am a student and I am learning taekwondo at a CC, the differences between a TKD club and CCs are:
1. The course fees
(etc. TKD Clubs are of course more expensive...)
2. The learning environment
(etc. TKD clubs are air-conditioned, while CCs are not)
(etc. The training sessions at CCs are on hard ground, which makes your foot kindda painful after each session)
3. Depending on different CCs, the size of the class may differ. My CC, they have many groups-according to your belt. (about 5-20) in a group. So, I think you can learn quite well too.

My english isnt perfect but I hope these infos help!
