I think the main concern shld be how to improve sleep quality so that the energy level during daytime is greater.

There was a period of time where I used aroma therapy oils to help me relax and sleep well.

Play games on my handphone… It requires thinking and will force me to stay alert. However, a healthier option is to get enough rest and exercise in the morning.

Everytime I get sleepy in the afternoon, I forced myself to walk around, do some manual labour, it usually work in keeping me awake !

Don’t sacrifice sleep… there was this recent article making the rounds that getting less than 5 hours sleep a day has significant impact on increasing blood pressure and shortening life span…

1 cup of coffee in the morning is enough to get me going for the whole day.
