      How does the sch inform the parents abt the SPM for Y1s?

            Log in to inet Parents Portal. On the left-hand panel, select Letters to Parents, then Year 1 SPM. The same letter in the email is posted there. Follow the url given to register for the SPM.

                my dd is in sec 2 this year. she in dilemma about choosing literature or geography in sec3. she likes lit but scores more for geog. she says it is difficult to score marks in lit.

                i wish to get advise from someone who is doing lit.

                      I did way better in geog but i still took lit instead. I think it doesn't matter about which one she does better in, the important thing is that she truly enjoys the subject. There's no point forcing yourself to study something you don't like for two years.

                      I can't really tell the difference between lit in upper and lower sec yet since the exams have yet to come, but it's only the beginning of the year so maybe your DD could take time to slowly think through her options. maybe towards the middle of the year she would be clearer with what she wants šŸ™‚
