Hi mommies! My eldest girl is going into Greenwood Primary School (our 1st choice! :)) next year for Primary 1 and I'm very keen to join the Parent Support Group and want to know how i can help. I'm not a parent volunteer earlier. Can i know if it's possible to join the parent support group even before my girl starts school or must I wait for her to start Primary 1 first? Any mommy able to share if there's any criteria or registration process? Thanks in advance & Heppy Friday!

RE: Club 3 or more Kids
MummyThreeStreams and Funx3, thanks for the warm welcome! I sure hope to get more tips and tricks to manage my young crowd! I stay at Woodlands (close to where the latest maid incident happened, if you are interested to know! hah! :P), where do you all stay?
@Funx3
Wow you are the lucky one cos you can stay at home and watch every moment of the growing up of your 3 princesses!
If given a choice i may like to do that too (but will really need to find a way to let out the SAHM stress sometimes)! -

Oh and i'm a FTWM and blessed with a great mom who stays with me during weekdays and a quiet but helpful domestic helper. That's why i can still stay sane... haha!

RE: Kinderland
Sorry for the long post! haha! Overall i feel its a good school and value for $ cos i can pay by CDA...Hi mommies! For those who are checking out Kinderland Preschool at Woodlands CC, my 2 girls (5 & 3 yo) are in there since Jan. Initially my elder girl was attending another school at WCC level 6 (another very good school but expensive!) but we move her out cos we wanted both girls to be in the same school for convenience and cost.
The kiddos are enjoying the lessons in Kinderland and always look forward to go to school. I think they happened to have good and caring teachers and they learned quite a bit from there (esp my 3yo who doesn't speak much outside home). I transferred my younger girl to the 5-day programme after trying out the weekend classes for a few months.
The school run excursions and at first i was worried to let my younger one go without me (for safety reasons) but eventually i'm glad after being persuaded by DH i did let her go cos she really enjoyed it and it's pretty safe since they have additional helpers for these occasions. They also have june holiday programmes (at extra $$ of cos! ;))
Sorry for the long post! haha! Just trying to share my experiences and hope this post will be helpful for those wanting to make a choice!
