Is a mix. I have signed up my boy and girl at MPM math Tiong Bahru branch. They are waiving the enrolment fee of $60 till end Feb. The curriculum follow MOE syllabus. I feel more at ease than sending them to programs that focus just on mental calculation. My girl attended abacus before but it did not help in her concepts and problem solving.
