Anyone has information on the transport from school to Language Centre and how much does it cost?

Based on previous years' experience, we paid $50 for a term BUT at the end of the term, there was always some change returned.
I dont think the fee was expensive, possibly $2-$3 per trip.
You can find out from the General Office.

Guess u already knew, its compulsory to own a 1-to-1 ipad, no sharing with siblings though.

Its a good deal to order through sch. For the same px, sch's vendor come with freebies like protective cover and earphone

Don't think it's compulsory but it's odd not to have one when everyone is using it. It's a good if it is used meaningfully but most likely, the kids will play games with it. It's addictive :slapshead:

For DSA to RGS, do we have to submit a portfolio (academic and various achievements) to the school after we do the on-line application or just the results slip will suffice? For the portfolio, how elaborate does it have to be or just put everything in a A4 folder is good enough? Thanks.

For DSA to RGS, You do not need to submit a portfolio yet.You just have to submit your DD result slips.
For the Portfolio, I believe it is only be ask for during the Interview.

Hi, I've just started school bus arrangement on the 3rd day of school. The bus driver just informed me that I've to pay for Dec month as well. I'm wondering if this is a standard arrangement?


I do understand that in June, even though it's the holidays, we have to pay for the full month. But what I don't understand is, why do I have to back-pay December when I just started in January?

Yes,it is the standard arrangement for school bus to charge the June and Dec month as well.even if it is school holiday.

Are there going to be lockers in school? I'm wondering how heavy a P1's school bag is going to be...coz I'm also planning for DD to bring a lunch bag/lunch box for recess as well - she eats slowly, by the time queue up for food etc, recess going to be over soon. haha.

There will be lockers in the school.But this time round ,I heard from dd that the school will be charging for the locker.
