Probably when these organization set up the free clinics and the people who voluntered to work there, meant to help people with financial problem.but I do recall reading about how some employers abused this free service by sending truck load of foreign workers and / or their domestic maid there to seek medical help. you are right that they should not differentiate by nationality. And probably that’s why they have not done so.

As what tankee suggested, buying another place nearby (even same block) maybe be better then getting a bigger place and staying together.OIC. we did have this thought originally. But parents in law are getting old & we do not feel safe for them to stay alone anymore.
