U paste a time-table for her to follow. Maybe u can call on specific hour to check if task ie feeding etc is done accordingly.

Explain to her that the baby is still very young and digestive system not fully developed. If anyhow feed, baby may be sick and maybe the helper will be investigated ...

ya. I explained to her that day itself. told her my reasons. She just replied \"baby don't want to drink milk so i tried to feed him\"

She always has something to deny any mistake she made.

    • RE: Your kid must have tuition... OR ELSE...

I will highly recommend Achieve 360 Learning centre. You guys can check their website for numbers. achieve360.sg

They have been in the neighbourhood my children grew up in. I know them so well now! 🙂
They dont do much advertising but they are really good, especially the tutors they have. Very dedicated! I think they are quite strict in hiring tutors. So they always have the same good tutors to teach. So... they have limited classes. Sad for them but my 2 older kids are with them since primary to next year will be our last year there.

      Hi… just to rant. haizzzz

I went to work yesterday for the first time after my maternity leave and no paid leave. Just happened to open up the CCTV i had at home to see what my help and my baby was doing. I was shocked to see her feeding him solids at 4.30pm

Every single day we feed baby at noon and dinner time (6ish)

I quickly called my hubby. He immediately stopped her from feeding.

He told me over the phone that she said my baby wants to eat. —> (what rubbish is this? my 8mo baby told my helper that he wants to eat?)

seriously… i think cannot trust helper to take care of bb. She is just lazy. feeding him will allow her to sit and not carry him around.

VERY ANNOYED with her but i cant be too fierce or angry because i still need her to take care of him when i go off to work.

I wld hv a grandparent supervise at homes young baby taken care of my parents & by a young helper fr a diff country is nvr the same. There’s cultural differences which u may nvr accept. Just share an unrelated example for u to extrapolate - one Indo helper does not bring in clothes when it rains, coz in her kampong, they leave it as the sun will return to dry it again. I used to call out to my Vietnamese neigbor leaving her clothes in the yard even after I call out to her. She casually replied no worries. It’ll dry again.

My peer once hv a pino helper, who’ll put her pinky into her son’s mouth whenever he cries till she ran out of patience forbading & sent her off.

We nvr let out helper touch our kids. They’ll help with house cleaning, handwash baby clothes, carry the baby stuff but we’ll carry our kids in arms on escalators or crossing the roads. We bathe our own babies & the bonding is marvelous. All the memories still lingers with their laughters.

Just sharing my own parenting experience & some observations for yr consideration.

Thanks for sharing! I am going back to work soon and my parents are both working as well. So we got to hire a helper. because i dont trust IFC as well 😞

It just my issue. I have been observing my helper for 3 months now.
