Need some advice.

I have 3 kids and already have a maid hired under my name.

My FIL’s maid has been working for him for almost 2 years. Her work permit is due for renewal in June. We have intention to transfer her under my name.

Like to check whether I will still continue to enjoy the the maid levy concession of $170 for the 2nd maid?

How should I go about doing it? Renew her work permit and passport first? or transfer to my name first?

My son is going Primary one next year and my husband is an old boy ACS all the way to JC, hence insists must go ACS.
