Yah...i also checked with my girl. She said her teacher didnt ask them to bring.

My son's teacher ask them to bring it everyday. My son says they will use every now and then.

Just received an email from the form teacher saying that the boy is fine now, and has returned to class today. šŸ˜„

We just have to keep reinforcing on our kids the danger of running too fast, and becoming too difficult to stop when they need to.

Oh dear. My boy cushioned a girl too when she fell at the parade square during recess time too. That was in January. Both sides of the parents were called up by school. She had a sprained leg whilst my boy had a big bump + broken skin on his forehead. The bill was then claimed under the insurance by school

Ya, DS says it happens at the parade square too.

DS says the other boy got punishment. Through this incident, think the kids will really take extra care while playing.

DS is pretty upset and worried about his friend. Could be feeling guilty also as he's also one of them playing in the group.

Hope the school will counsel the kids who were involved in the play and witness the incident rather than imposing punishment. I'm sure the boy who knocked the other boy down and causes him such injuries must be feeling bad too.

Hi, I heard from DS that an accident happened in school during recess time yesterday. Two of his classmates were playing and knocked into each other. One of them was quite seriously injured and an ambulance came to bring the injured boy to hospital.

Hope he's ok and get well soon. šŸ™

      gayjoan, sysherlene,

your child is from class 1J right? did they feedback to you on Mr Zhou?

i pick my boy from gate c daily. last week, i have him screamed at the children from their class while assembling them at the corridor. frankly it was a pretty bad scream that all of us at the hdb block (waiting) can hear him.

i am very sure the other teachers from ground level all can hear him. i am just very disturbed that kids are being shouted like that.

My son din say anything about it. He only feedback that all the teachers are equally fierce.

I guess the \"scream\" is directed at the whole class so as to get their attention. Things can be quite choatic when come to school dismissing hours. I will be more worried if it's only directed to one particular child.

      Hi!

Now, my gal is Pr 3. From Pr 1, I had scanned her student pass and printed. She still can borrow books from the library and I will keep her original.

So far so good. No problem at all.
Hi, thanks for the information. Can ask u print B&W or colour?

    • RE: Inappropriate Teachers' Behaviours

I guess the most rational thing to do is to clarify with the teacher immediately whether it did happen, and if it did, how did it happen? Sometimes what our kids told us might not be the full picture. We have to be rational and hear 2 sides of the story. Just my personal opinion. šŸ˜„
