      XXXX:
      trileets:

Could I find out the answers to these

      1. Most of the rice that we eat ____ from Thailand
      (A) come. (B) came. (C) comes. (D) coming

      2. You ought to ________ the loss of your wallet to the police the day it occurred.
      (A) report. (B) have report. (C) be reported. (D) have reported

      Tia.

      1. (C)
      2. (D)

      Nothing controversial here, I hope.

My ds gave the 2 ans above but
Copied corrections as (B) (A) . Wonder why and hope they weren't copied wrongly. Thanks anyway.

    • RE: Q&A - PSLE Math

      PSLEguru:
      trileets:

Tom collects game cards . Everyday , he gets 10 additional new cards. On every 3rd day , he gives 3 cards to his friend John. If Tom starts with 8 cards on the first day, on which day will he have exactly 180 cards?

      TIA

I think it depends. Does he get 10 additional cards on the first day (so 18 on day 1) or does he get 10 cards the following day (so 18 cards on day 2).

He needs to get exactly 172 cards. Every three days, he gets 3*10 - 3 = 27 cards. After 6*3 days he'll get 6*27 = 162 cards. And one more day he'll get 172 cards. Number of days = 6*3+1 = 19 days.

If he starts to get cards on the first day on day 19 he'll have 180 cards.

Thank you. I think the qn is quite vague too.

Has anyone received any email notification of GAT date for RI? It seems so quiet this year. 😂

    • RE: DSA 2013

      I have a qn.

If a gepper obtains less than 80% for his average in P6 SA1, does that mean that his chances for RI Dsa is almost nil?

That’s the impression I gathered after reading through some of the posts here. I know those ave less than 80% will sit for GAT, but unlikely that they’ll award any CO to these students?

      TIA

For RI gep dsa, the ave SA1 score for the 4 subj, does it include CL or HCL?

CL (not HCL) is included in the average score. Not all GE students take HCL.

      Good luck!
