My Filipino helper is going home for good after 13 years with us.
Does she need to get a RT-PCR test before she fly off? If yes, is it available in any GP?
Does the employer need to bear the cost for her 14-day quarantine and all the medical tests required when she arrives in her country?
I can cancel her WP after I purchase the air ticket, right?
Appreciate any advise from anybody who knows about this.

the SAP school will treat him as a 248 T-score. I hope u have submitted ur choices by now....if not, hurry up becos deadline is at 3 pm today.

The hmt bonus is only meant for sap sch, so it will be considered as 248. If apply non-sap sch, it will be 246

DS has 246 + 2 and we are considering CCHM or AHS. Any opinion on these 2 schools?

I lent around a few thousands $ to a childhood friend when she was poor and betrayed by her husband, she needed $ to feed her 3 young kids. That was many years ago and now her kids have grown up. She had separated from her husband. Life is getting better for her but she didn’t seem to have any intention to return $ to me. I saw her fb that she traveled so frequently for holidays! Then one day I asked her on the $ and the reply was next month, then one month after another…no more news from her and she blocked me from her fb! This is a friend since we knew each other at 7 years old and now we are both 50+…A few K ended the friendship !

My DS2 is P4 this year but we are starting to think about DSA to TJC. Looking at the criteria for DSA via academic is rather tough though he has always been among the top 10% in cohort.

Can we try DSA via sports that is not listed in TJC DSA admission criteria for sports? Does the school entertain such application?

If you have no intention to join JSA, then why join the trial? afaik, JSA training is 2x a week in the night at specific locations only.


My DD was exactly in the same predicament as you, she trained 3x in school and 2x (4h each) in club, so we gave JSA a miss.

I have no intention to go for the trial but DS is keen as I guess he'd like to know the result of his physical ability. I didn't know that the JSA training is at night. I only found out that one of the JSA centres is just opposite my house, stone throw away. With this new piece of information on the night training, I shall talk to DS again.

If we choose to go for the trial selection and succeed, can we later reject the offer to participate in the two-year programme ?
DS2 received the invitation to the selection trial in March. We are keen to go for the trial but not the programme as he has very tight schedule in this school team training and also night training in a club. School training is 3x per week and 2x night training in the club.

Do we need universal charger in Taiwan?
