Nice weather on a lovely Tuesday morning..

Perhaps I could go for a swim after I send DS off to school.. He has Engish Creative Writing exam today :nailbite:

Cold. Rained last night so can imagine that the water will be very chilly. If you really want to swim make sure you warm up properly before going into the water. Don't want to end up with cramps.

Very nice weather for long walks though.

I completely forgot about the cramps.. Hmm..
I will go with long walks then..

      Thanks for the reminder 😉

Seldom go shopping for branded stuff but today friend begged me to accompany her coz the sales will be super crowded with no changing rooms and no mirrors and so need kaki to help look see (she gets into the dress or whatsoever, then I shoot pictures for her to see before she decides whether to buy or not.).

OK lah. Afterall I so long havent bought a single clothing (most of my clothings are more than 5 years old and many more are more than a decade old) and so went shopping:

Something caught my eyes and I bought a down DKNY jacket for myself ($650 on sale at $100):

Also bought long sleeve DKNY T-shirts at $20 each and woolen sweaters at $30 each for my son (preparing for winter ski):

Within 45 minutes I finished my shopping but my friend took 3 hours.

Today Me Time quite well spent with good bargains...

            insider,

the jacket is a good bargain.

            is it goose feather filling?

it reads like it is filled with feather. it must be quite light and can keep you very warm in winter....

I have a non branded down jacket costing me $150

so your DKNY is really a worthy buy. 😄

BUT, this is not for skiiing i guess… ski jackets’ come with turtle necks and no furry hood and it seems rather long and tapered for skiing…And, is it waterproof? nonetheless, it’s gorgeous!

hahaha...me no ski coz scared break my bones when fall (大不如前啊大不如前).

will kick P4 son to the ski school to learn then I am going to have a solid 7 days of ME TIME hibernating in the ski resort... (that's my ideal holidays actually - to do nothing, short of hanging a sign around my neck that reads 'DO NOT DISTURB'...)
