it reads like it is filled with feather. it must be quite light and can keep you very warm in winter....

I have a non branded down jacket costing me $150

so your DKNY is really a worthy buy. 😄

BUT, this is not for skiiing i guess… ski jackets’ come with turtle necks and no furry hood and it seems rather long and tapered for skiing…And, is it waterproof? nonetheless, it’s gorgeous!

hahaha...me no ski coz scared break my bones when fall (大不如前啊大不如前).

will kick P4 son to the ski school to learn then I am going to have a solid 7 days of ME TIME hibernating in the ski resort... (that's my ideal holidays actually - to do nothing, short of hanging a sign around my neck that reads 'DO NOT DISTURB'...)

Do you ladies only consider solo time as ME time? To me it is basically doing my own things, even if the kids are around. They may be doing their work, reading, playing a game, watch tv etc, while I read, surf net or take a long shower. I don’t think they want me hovering over them all the time and I am equally happy to leave them to their own devices for as long as they don’t quarrel. If they need my help they have to do it at my appointed time or the day’s schedule will be off.

Yes, I count time I do my own stuff, whether or not I'm at home and whether or not my kids are at home, as 'me time'. I don't need to be totally alone or outside. I don't even mind my kids or husband doing whatever it is with me as long as I made the choice!

Same here, time that I get to do my own stuff to unwind even with kids around is me time.

My me time need not be long stretches of 3-4hours. 30 mins run, that is me time, 15 mins pottering around in my garden that is, me time.
