:goodpost: Hi, I am selling my property (2BR, newly renovated) at Regal Court (high floor, fireworks view), 10-15mins drive to good schools along Bukit Timah e.g. SCGS so suitable for those with young school going children. It's close proximity walking distance to Whampoa market and food ctr with accessibility to famous tasty local food. Good for busy adults with not much time to cook. It's city fringe so just 15mins drive to town. 3 NTUC around with 1 of them operating 24hrs and within walking distance, and another is a NTUC Finest. If you are keen, pls follow this link to contact my agent. Tx!

Are the prices of property going south? It seems it isn’t with the recent news on Forest Woods
-
Won’t be unless interest rates start rising. People can still afford since both the interest rate and unemployment rate are low.
-
Earlier this year the SIBOR seemed heading north but probably not now.
-
Agree with TakChek. Prices already headed south but not enough. Btw, we don’t know what the developers give as rebates back to the buyers as we only see the listed price. Anyway, prices have not dropped enough to entice me to buy.

Yahlor put on hold our property search. Will have to spend more years in loan repayment if buy at this price point. Like that how to retire by retirement age.

I think the resale suburb areas price had dropped,
can get 3brm, 1100 sft , 800 to 1mil , depends on which areas u are looking at - 99 lease hold -

For leasehold, my main concern is resale. If property already 10+ years and then I bought and live there for another 10 years
After that still can sell easily or not? :nailbite: If become illiquid, lelong also no buyer then
I'm looking at D9, 10, 11. Prices still super high

economy very jialat. parents put their unit up for sale in upper bukit timah even on weekends.
hardly any viewers. -
Yea prob abt 10 yrs Lh - yes there is this risk .
If eligible , I thought new EC are reasonable buy - so much cheaper
My take is either buy FH
Or 99 Lh must be v Gd location( central , city )
Next to a mrt station may not be consider a superb location , - got so many new condos - supply more than demand too e.g. Punggol , sk , pasir ris etc etc
