Yes, not this year if you have missed it last year. You can only next year after taking BMAT this year. Btw, BMAT 2019 has shifted its dates.

Yes, BMAT score is required for application to LKC (but not YLL). -

NUS YLL has offered at around 7 pm this evening to A levels students. NUSH and IB students received their offers earlier today.
