Oh this is the direct NTU-Duke-Nus pathway course. My child's friend is offered too. Hers is SUTD-DUKE-NUS.
All the best!! I think she got the 7 years offer right away. No need to wait for completion of SUTD to apply to DUKE-NUS.
After comparing SUTD-Duke-NUS and NTU-Duke NUS, noticed SUTD is embarking on design innovation & technology to Medicine. Whereas NTU is offering to embark on Double Major Programme in Biomedical Sciences and BioBusiness or Double Major Programme in Biological Sciences and Psychology.

After their stinct at SUTD (3.5 yrs) and NTU (4 yrs) , they proceed to Duke-NUS to be graduated as MD (4 yrs) specializing in their respective fields.
Think the extra 2 years gives very good foundation to Biological sciences. The extra 2 years is no issue to lifelong learning in medicine. Go for it...

Copy from NUS web:

--------
[Update on NUS Medicine Admissions]

The National University of Singapore will inform you of your medicine interview outcome in the week of 11 May 2020. If you do not receive an outcome about your application to NUS Medicine by the end of May, your application is unsuccessful. Competition for the 280 places in School of Medicine has been intense and we have had to disappoint many talented and promising students.

This year, the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine will be issuing two types of interview outcomes to candidates.

Notification of an offer for a place in the undergraduate medical degree programme.
Notification that a candidate is on our reserve list. Candidates on the reserve list may be offered a place in the undergraduate medical degree programme if there is a vacancy as a result of another candidate declining his or her offer, or is unable to matriculate in AY2020.
-----

It is another bright day, I am looking forward to hearing good news from NUS

It does look like they are sending out in batches and the uncertainty of it…how you might have to wait till the end of the month and yet have no news till then, only to realize that you’ve beeb unsuccessful!

I think that’s worse…

I doubt our kids will have to wait till the end of the month unless they state Medicine as the only choice on their application. Some of them check their status today and its stated as processed. However when they log into the Joint admission portal its not updated yet. There may be a lag time for outcome to be uploaded. Good luck and all the best to all the anxious kids and parents who are waiting. Please update on this chat thanks if anyone has update!

As mentioned on the NUSMedicine webpage, for those who are offered a place in Medicine, they will have to accept the offer by 24 May 2020.

I would think that the admission results will be out from now till 24 May or a few days before.

I wish all students and parents all the best, be calm and stay healthy.

Cheers!
