Hi,

Not all secondary schools hold open-houses in May/ Jun. If you have shortlisted a few schools, you can visit the schools' DSA websites to find out more info as well as details of open-houses (if any).

You can also visit DSA 2021 thread (refer link below) as I have seen parents posting open-houses info.

I would like to see (prior to the physical open house, which my child and I prefer):

- The timetable of any talks/performances.
- Map with location of the various booths.
- “How to get there” guide, via public transport + any public parking sites nearby.

We are definitely looking to have a physical open house as well. We are just looking to design collaterals and information guides that can best cater to the needs of parents ️ so thank you for the excellent suggestions. Do keep them coming!

I definitely second the need for information on parking. Sometimes, parents assume that they can simply park in the school compound but that's not often allowed so finding alternative parking is necessary.

And, having a good and clear map is also useful. This is especially true for schools with large compounds where it is easy to get lost, e.g. there aren't enough breadcrumbs to navigate one's way around schools like RI, HCI or DHS.
