Just received key dates and general info from the Principal. Why did so many Teachers in the secondary school section leave? Quite worrying. Does anyone know what happened?

School starting this Tue (4 Jan 2022)

Sec (1 to 4) classes' Form Teachers & Subject Teachers allocation are out, for each class.

For Sec 3 (2022 this year), from their class timetable,
          looks like

          1) IP track open up two or is it two-and-a-half Triple Science classes ?

The five Year 3 IP classes, range from
          (Loyalty to Wisdom)

          while

          2) O level track open up only one Triple Science class, where students in this class take
Total 9 subjects, including Double Humanities ?

The six Sec 3 OP classes, range from
(Charity to Justice, including new Hope).

          Sec 3 OP classes for
Double Pure (Bio & Chem) subject combination are

          3 (Charity, Hope and Grace).

          Sec 3 OP classes for
Double Pure (Physics & Chem) subject combination are

          3 (Faith and Justice).

seems that more students tend to choose Bio than Physics, for this batch.

2022 Sec 4 OP Higher Chinese students (born 2006 batch),

                  - who have taken the O-level (Standard Chinese or " bu-hua " ) Oral cum Listening Comprehension National exam in July 2021, last year

                  And

                  - who have also sat for their O-level (Standard Chinese) both Papers 1 (zuowen) and Paper 2, dated 10 November 2021 (last year) -

MOE is going to release your GCE O-level (Standard Chinese) results next week,

                  anytime from (12 to 14 January, 2022).

                  Congratulations,
if OP students have scored A1 to B3, in your O level (bu-hua).

Even if have scored B4 to C6, never mind,
our school still allow Sec 4 OP students to proceed to sit for their O-level (Higher Chinese or " gao hua "), in November. This way, you can discount your L1R5 by 2 points, for admission into a Junior College, after your clearance of O-level (HCL)

                        Hi.

Do the secondary girls go on a 10-day timetable or 5-day timetable? I saw only 5 days whereas many schools do 10 days, and I was wondering if I missed out part of it. They seem to be dismissed even earlier than primary school 🤭
                        Thanks.
