MP? Another dream of mine! Married to MP! 😄 😉

There is a MP and President nearby my mum's place. So when we pass by the guard house, we would tell the little one.... oh if you become a MP one day, we can have a guardpost outside our house. Then I would be like.... wonder how do the policeman go to the toilet??? Walk to nearby coffeeshop? Use the MP's house?

But come to think about it.....I don't think I envy the PM or MP. How can they go shopping freely like us or do whatever as freely as the commoners. They will need guards,etc....

Not forgetting... .cannot join opposition. Later being sue how ??? :!:

I would like my DD to be a plastic surgeon. This is because I had her when I was 40 and by the time she graduates and becomes a doctor, it'll be ideal time for me to have a nip/tuck

Or if she's not that ambitious, she can share my ambition. When my ex-boss (CEO) complain that I'm not ambitious enough and how he wants to groom me to be the next CEO (upon his retirement). I flatly told him: \"Boss I don't want to be CEo, I want to be CEO's wife\"

              What a fun topic!

I have three kids. DH and I would lurrrrve for them to follow in our footsteps and we have lots of fun discussing who should be what. Of course DH wants them on his 'side' whereas I hyperventilate at the thought of germs, bacteria and... pus. So, ideally they should all be on MY side and become lawyers. Unfortunately for DH, our two boys freak out at the sight of blood, but they take after me and can talk a cow up a tree. So possibly I would 'win' based on total count. DD thinks she wants to be a physician or a vet, so I work hard to 'convert' her hahaha.

I think it is not up to me to decide, afterall it is my child's life and she should take charge.

When she was young, she wanted to be a cashier not because of counting $$ but the ringing of the cash register interested her.

Then she wanted to work in a hair salon, because she liked to tie ribbons or hair clips on people's hair. Unfortunately I have short hair and she could only practise her skills on her dolls.

She wanted to be a teacher, so that she could give a lot of homework to the students. After realising she has to mark the work, she thought otherwise.

I lost track on her ambition!

Why so many of you all want your kids to be doctors? Do you know that doctors’ pay is not as good as you think, at least they are not one of the top earning profession. Then have to study so hard. Might as well go into the financial sector, that’s where you can make big bucks. Moreover if become GP, then so competitive. It is so hard to make a good living, given the amount of time spent studying.

If my kids like health care, i would encourage them to be a vet or a dentist, rather than become a doctor.

I want my son to be a comedian when he grows up. Not just a anyhow comedian, but a famous one aka jerry seinfeld? Then he can make me laugh daily and I can die a happy man 😄

I hope my son will be his own boss next time or CEO of some sort. Definitely not a doctor (dunno why) but somebody gave a doctor play-set to him for his birthday I gave it to my maid to bring home.

actually, my first thought is i hope dd wil be a investment banker - then can earn lots of money! but the money comes wif lots of stress too! n very often, may have to do things which r not so ethical, so no la…

but to b realistic, i hope she can become a doctor - pediatrician to be exact. cos i hope she wil have her own children next time n stil be able to hold a job wif flexible hours (since doctor can decide on her own consultation hours) n can be her own childrens’ paed - save money on medical bills 😎
