O-oh this is not good news because i am not so lucky with raffle/ballot/draw:( some more, we are PR,'1 ballot has a very weak chance ,,,,time for backup plan...

Problem lies in where those balloted out can go to near Marine Parade. Ngee Ann and CHIJ Katong are both balloting, that leaves 33+10+9=52 balloted out trying for only 17 places in TKP?

If you are not successful in P2CS, MOE will first ask you to select 3 schools with vacancies that you would like your child to be posted to. If you don't indicate your preference, MOE will then post your child to the nearest school with vacancies. Only after all Singaporeans and PRs have been given places in schools will Phase 3 commence.
