My answer is 4 as the passage did not say she likes sports and collecting is a type of activity. Therefore, 2 is not right...4 is right as i think that no matter rain or shine, she would still be there to collect, hence she is not scared of pain or anything... :lol:

So confirm 4 is the answer? Btw do you have the questions of 2 and 4?

What kind of things can be considered mistakes under this context? stealing, cheating in exam, gang fight should be ok. What about changed from being selfish and not caring about people around him?

My ds did the picture compo but he asked me this question.

I put 2 as my answer as personally I think that its because the passage stated that the granny because very bored at home then go out and pick the paper thingy. But if she is just plainly bored, she can go and play majong with her friends. Why must she go and pick the paper thingy? Would be better if she had said something like she 沉迷电脑游戏, after techer's reminder then 改过自新, 不再沉迷电脑游戏. However, don't think your DD's story will be considered 离题, maybe if they are more strict might consider that as 偏题. Don't worry too much - what's done is done, just hope for the best and do better for other subjects.

For compo, Q1 is 他的话使我改过自新。Q2 is about a bicycle theft. I chose Q1. I said went to an orphanage in sichuan and heard about this little girl's tragic past. I used to complain this not good enough and that not good enough when I am ver fortunate as I am rich and live in a big house. After listening to the girl's past I then realise that I am very fortunate and treasure what I have. parents say I've grown up, becoming more sensible. I also got say I will never forget this girl and what she said.(tragic past)

But isn't it a \"male\" 他 and not a \"female\" 他?

Normally, not so strict. this word can also use for female.
