RI conducts Math Olympiad training during lesson time? Are these for the exceptionally talented?

they call it competition math, not restricted to math olympiad

they have a special 'pull out' class of 15 kids (2011 Sec 1) doing something at faster pace / different scope from the rest of the cohort. all these 15 must join the math club, and some were further streamed to join the seniors in competition matn training.
