actually, when you diet and exercise regularly, you will lose weight. You dont' need all the expensive pills from any MLM company.
That is just like saying I can make delicious soup with just water and stone. However, to make it taste better, you need to add in chicken, onions, potatoes, carrots, sweet corn and some pork ribs.

Diet is very important, eat plenty of fibres, drink plenty of water and exercise to get your heart up to 80% of it's max rate.

When you really follow a strict diet and exercise regime, there is absolutely no need for any slimming pills. hmm.... maybe I should start selling slimming products šŸ™‚
Agree totally with cimman. Diet and exercise is the key. It's all about the mind and determination.

Take the slimming pills and maintain your current lifestyle -- the weight drop probably will be little unless you are grossly overweight and hence will lose more in absolute KGs. In fact, I believe the body will slowly adjust and the slimming pill will get less effective as time passes.
However, once you start to change your diet and exercise, the effect becomes significant.....problem is, a lot of people will attribute it to the slimming pills/centre, which I think may only be contributing 20% to the weight lost. Personally, I had some ex-colleagues who went into selling slimming pills.....why it seemed soooooo effective was because they started drinking only plain water, skip lunch or would just take an apple or a piece of plain bread for dinner. Gosh, I call that torture and unhealthy

I tried Marie France after Dd1 and lost only about 1kg. I didnt complete the course bcos planning for no 2. Somehow, I think I lost weight bcos I began conscious of wat I eat and not bcos of the treatment. Still bf-ing now. Will complete the remaining of my pkg after I stop bf-ing.

i went to Jean Yip before and lost about 5Kg and a year later I was back to square. šŸ˜‰

yeah, that is quite normal. Weight loss is an ongoing thing. You have to exercise and diet on a regular basis. Even if you're super fit, and you lay off the exercise for a year, you'll still gain weight.
When you're young, the body has a higher metabolic rate and burns fat faster. As you enter into your 30s, your metabolic rate slows down and you need to do more exercise to burn the same amount of food you take in, compared to when you're in your teens.

Once the fat cells multiply, u cnt get rid of it..can only reduce the size tru excercise therfore once u stop, u gain bac cos the small fat cells becomes fat fat cells..lol...tats why surgery its effect. but not advisable šŸ™‚

Just recently, my upline took my measurement with a machine that can measure my weight and fat-to-muscle ratio. The reading is quite satisfactory. According to my upline, she said the ratio is good, and with muscle, I will weigh heavier. So her advice is if I would to try the new product, just need to eat for 1 mth, or I can stick to my Organic Lacto Fiber since I am still breastfeeding.

Just wondering, how accurate is such machine? How is it possible to measure out the fat-to-muscle ratio just by holding something and standing on the machine? Anyone?
But I am glad that she is not pushing me to buy the product and actually advise me some exercise program that she learn while trying out the product for me to lose some weight and firm up my body. šŸ˜„

I'm currently on a weight management program called TRA. There is NO starving at all, and the program teaches one how to eat right, right from day 1 so you still eat normal food. Eg of my breakfast is 3 hard boiled egg whites, a slice of bread, some fresh fruit and vege.

Best part is...after 1st week, I lost 1.5kg. Its been about 2months, and I've gone from 65kg to 59.4kg, and body fat % has gone down 18%! šŸ™‚

I tried Marie France before, and it didn't work AT ALL on me... it was such a torture being wrapped in those cold wraps too... I was shivering and couldnt wait to get out. Also tried Xenical...which didn't really help either. In short, I've tried a lot, going to the gym twice-3 times a week too, but not much results. So I was already giving up then my friend introduce this TRA to me. Of course I was skeptical...since I've tried so many others, but now I can confidently say it works, and I'm really amazed. Its about 2k, but like I said...it works! Why pay marie france 3k for some rubbish and get tortured with cold wraps as well... If anyone is interested to know more, pls email me at sharkie8480@yahoo.com. I can intro you to someone who can help u šŸ™‚

Loosing weight is a good activity and either it is done at home and gym and in any fitness center. It is a good activity.
