Yes, you are right. Tupperware sells containers. Their containers are lifetime warranty, so if wear and tear can exchange or get credit note to buy new items, they won't have much business after a while. So now, they also look into health product and beauty product. At least, if it suits you, you will still purchase once you finish eating or using it. As for slimming product, they did a research and find out the there is a big market for slimming product in Singapore, so they invest in this.
One thing for sure, they took a long time to build up their reputation, so whatever health or beauty product (also about 50yrs in US) they bring in, has to be of certain standard, if not, they will spolit their own reputation.

I think the best way to lose weight is to change your lifestyle By having a sensible daily diet coupled with regular exercise. Cheap, healthy and it's for a lifetime.
Having said that, I know it's a great challenge to follow a strict regime and I've never been able to follow through all these years too. It takes GREAT discipline to eat healthily.

Hi ladies,
I agree excercise is still the best… I’ve 3 kids and as years went by I balloon up to 74kg. sometime in dec 2010, I decided to buy a threadmill cost $2.4k
naturally, I did use it till seriously till sometime in feb 2011…
I’m proud of myself… my current wtg is 66kg… its really hardwork. I did at least 30min of running 2x a week. after you know how much effort is needed to burn those calories… you will watch what you eat… now I’m even motivated to do regular excercise… my next target wtg is 60kg. plus sign, you feel more energectic… -

Wow, congrats! So you lost weight purely by cutting down on your food and running on the treadmill? May I know what you meant by using the treadmill seriously from dec to feb? That means you are no longer using it?Hi ladies,

$2,400 is on the high side for a treadmill. May I know what brand you bought? Are there any special features we should look out for when buying a treadmill?
