K-Parent:
Sorry for causing the confusion of 300+...
The serial number for the registration was up to 320+ but it start from 201. So the total applicants was about 120+ at about 11 am when I left after registration for my son. So obviously balloting is in for ppl < 1 Km.

Bcoz my SIL called me & said the no. is 300+ and I asked her is it 300+ applicants, she said yes....
Sorry didnt know the no. start from 201. -

is that so? they told me to call back next year, hence giving me an impression that they did accept pv. but their hum-hawing also gives me an impression that they are not keen on pv for Phase 2B purpose. maybe they are just trying to humour me after my 3rd email to them. :roll:Yes, confirmed so far, do not acept PVs. I am currently in their PSG, and yes, confirmed that they have not accepted any PVs so far. But who knows, they may change their plans next year. So no harm checking then again! -
