my husband said involvement in grassroots can get very politic and is deadset against signing up for this purpose. so like that lor.

Don't use the angel brackets, FMz. They will get truncated. Just say less than or greater than.

For SAPS, confirm balloting for all those residing within 1 km. SO, if residing outside 1km, need not try at all.
